Today marked the official first day back for ALL of the incredible teachers and staff of Kaplan High School! From laughter and shared memories to classroom prep and team planning, it was a day filled with purpose and pride.
We rolled out the deeper meaning behind this year’s school theme UNSTOPPABLE, and it’s already clear that our team is fired up and ready to meet this moment.
A delicious crawfish fettuccine lunch brought everyone together as we reconnected, refocused, and recharged for what’s to come.
The energy is real, and the halls are about to come alive again.
We can’t wait to welcome our students back on Friday. Let’s make this year one they’ll never forget.

New Student Registration: July 23, 2025, and July 24, 2025, from 8:00 AM - 12:00 noon at KHS.
This is for students who are coming to Kaplan High from another school, not for students who are transferring from middle school.
Please come prepared with the following items to make the registration process run smoothly.
All new students must bring the following documents when registering:
1) Copy of withdrawal form from previous school.
2) Birth certificate.
3) Social security card.
4) Immunization record.
5) Electric bill from residence (if the bill is not in the legal guardian’s name, you need to fill out an affidavit and provide a federal tax document addressed to the guardian at that address).
6) Water bill or gas bill from the residence.
7) Custody papers, if applicable.
It's that time of the summer! Please share to get the word out to the class of 2026. We can't wait to see all of your faces. Pirate parking is a BIG deal for our seniors, and this day marks the beginning of your journey into the last year of your high school career. Let's make it count.
