Gueydan High’s cafeteria will open to the public for breakfast and lunch starting June 12th, 2023. Any child, ages 1 -18 years old, can attend. They will have to eat in the cafeteria.
The times will be:
Breakfast: 8am-9:30am
Lunch: 12-12:30pm
The students can come in the gate on the side of the band room at GHS to get to the cafeteria. The cafeteria can be reached at 536-9890 if anyone needs.

Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week!
Last night, the GHS Band had their annual Band Lock In. Students brought snacks, TVs, and video games and spent the night in the band room bonding.
On Tuesday, May 23rd, our school PBIS program is going to be hosting GHS Watermania! Students who have exhibited great behavior all year long will be treated to a day of fun in the sun! High school students will attend in the morning, and middle schoolers will attend in the afternoon. Thanks for to the community for supporting our PBIS program through the fundraiser, and thanks to all our students for Being Respectful, Responsible, and Rising to Your Potential!
2023-2024 Spirit Shirts are now on sale! Students have been given order forms. You can also print and return the attached form if needed. Extras are available in the office. Orders are due by Friday, May 19th.

Students in Mrs. Sheri Istre's FACS classes recently completed projects. Students in FACS 1 made pillowcases, while students in FACS 2 made lap quilts. They did a WONDERFUL job!
