As per Vermilion School System policy, parents and students must complete and sign the 25-26 VPSS Internet User, Network, & Device Agreement and the Student Technology Equipment Checkout Acknowledgement before students are issued Chromebooks.

Hard copies of these forms will be available in the EHS Front office beginning July 21, 2025.
These forms must be signed by both the student and a parent/guardian. Students must turn in these forms at orientation on Thursday, July 31 to be issued a chromebook. Students who do not submit signed forms at orientation will not receive their chromebooks.
